お待たせしてしまって申し訳ありません。トラッキング情報を確認しましたが日本を出てから更新されていません。通常なら一週間もあれば到着するはずなのですが。 おそらく関税で止まっていると思います。お手数ですがお近くの郵便局にトラッキングナンバーでお問い合わせ下さい。こちらで出来ることがあれば連絡を下さい。よろしくお願いいたします。
