Hello. Your lenses have not arrived yet as of today. It's 6:00 p.m. on Saturday in Japan so FedEx customer service is closed.
I'll contact them on Monday and confirm if there's a way to track the package without a tracking number. Please give me couple days. Thank you.

The lens has not arrived at this moment, and since it is currently 18:00 Saturday evening Japan time, the FEDEX customer services are closed. I will contact them on Monday and see whether the delivery can be tracked without the delivery code or number. Please give me a couple of days to get back to you. Thank you.

Hello.
We haven't received the lens yet. FedEx customer service is closed because it's already 6pm on Saturday in Japan. We will ask FedEx if we can track the shipping without tracking number on Monday. Could you wait 2 more days?
