私達は今日Servalを成田空港で受け取る事が出来なかった。
何故ならば、U.SORIGIN.HEALTH.CERTIFICATE.FOR EXPOT OF FERRET(S) TO JAPANのオリジナルがなかった為に日本厚生労働省成田検疫所を通過できなかった。
コピー、メール添付書類では駄目。オリジナルの書類でなければ受け取る事は出来ない。
貴方が厚生労働省成田検疫所に連絡をし、早急に手続きを取れる状態にしてほしい。オリジナルを一刻も早く郵送してほしい。彼らを助けて！

We could not pick up Serval at Narita Airport today.
Because they did not have the original document of "U.SORIGIN.HEALTH.CERTIFICATE.FOR EXPOT OF FERRET(S) TO JAPAN", the quarantine station of Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry in Narita Airport did not accept their entry into Japan.
Both the copy of the document and the attachment of e-mail are not accepted. If they cannot get the original, they won't be able to enter into Japan.
Please quickly contact the quarantine station of Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry in Narita Airport to arrange the necessary procedure. Please send the original document as soon as possible. Please help them!
