私が見た日本郵便の配達状況確認画面からは、商品は到着済みと見えますが、
現在、日本の郵便局からイギリスの郵便局へ配送状況の確認を行っております。
配送状況の確認が出来るまでの間、少しお待ち頂けませんでしょうか。
配送状況の確認が終わり次第、誠意を持ってご対応させて頂きます。

Dear Buyer,
From what I have seen on the shipment status confirmation screen of the Japan Postal Service, it seems that the product has already arrived. However I am currently checking the shipping status from the Japanese Post Office to the British Post Office.
Can you kindly wait a while until I am able to confirm the shipping status?
Once I complete confirmation of the shipping status, I would sincerely like to deal with this matter.

From the screen of confirmation of conditions of expediting of Japanese Post that I've seen, it can be seen if the goods have arrived but nowadays it's been done the confirmation for the conditions of deliveries from Japanese Post to English Post.
Please wait until it can be performed the confirmation of the conditions of delivery.
As soon as the conditions of delivery have been confirmed I'll communicate it.
