本来は00と代理権店契約等をするんではないでしょうか
00とｘｘとの関係が良く分かりません

We feel burdensome and joy that we are allowed to introduce 00 to the Japanese market.
We have a question. Does 00 entrust the manufacturing and the right of sales to xx?
We believed that xx was supposed to execute a contract of agency with 00.
We do not understand the relationship between 00 and xx well, and would you explain us about it?
We will send a list of order. May we ask you to send by UPS?

As for the matter of the additional text of the agreement, after consideration, I decided to give a signature on it without any additional text. I feel joy and responsibility for being allowed to introduce ...... in Japanese market.
I have a question. Is .....entrusting xx with the manufacturing and distribution rights?
Under normal conditions, xx should make an agreement for sole agency with...., is that right?
I do not understand the relationship between.... and xx.
Please advise me.
