荷物は一度オーストラリアに届けられたのですが、日本郵便局の返答によると、オーストラリアポストの手違い(宛先を日本と勘違いしたそうです)で私に荷物が返送された為、再度こちらから再発送の手続きをしました。
それから一ヶ月経ってもまだ貴方に届いていないとの事ですので、日本からオーストラリアに発送されたのち再び荷物が行方不明になっていると思います。
オーストラリア国内は荷物の追跡が出来ないので、詳細は分からないのですが荷物がオーストラリアの税関か郵便局で保管されていると思います。

The package has been delivered to Australia once, but according to Japan post, because of Australia Post’s error (they thought the delivery address was in japan) it was shipped back to me, so I arranged to have it shipped again.
It has been 1 month since then, and it has not been delivered to you yet, so I think it’s gone missing after it was shipped from Japan to Australia again.
As I cannot track it once it’s inside in Australia, I don’t know the details, but the package is probably being held at Australian Customs or the post office.
