おそらくどちらもABCの利用規約には違反してるでしょう。
Pop upかつinlineで表示することができれば問題ないはずです。
現状でももちろんABCを表示することはできると思います。ただ第三者の報告によって表示されなくなるはずです。

I believe either violates ABC's term of use.
If it can be displayed with Pop up and inlline, there shouldn't be a problem.
Of course ABC can be displayed under the status quo. However, it will become invisible due to a third party's report.

Perhaps both of them are violating the terms of service.
They should not have a problem if we can display them with Pop up and Inline.
I think we can display ABC even in the actual condition, of course.
However, it may not be able to display by a report from third party.
