listing の商品です
他のセラーも同じタイトルですので発送品は間違いありませんが
返品は受け付けています。
ただし 新品商品を送ってますので パッケージ 箱から商品を出したものにつきましては
当店に商品状態を確かめて 減額返金になります。
パッケージ 箱等 未開封につきましては当店に到着次第、全額返金対応しております。

Hello,
Your reason to return the items is that 'It doesn't match the listing', but this is the product from the listing.
Since other sellers also sell it under the same title, it is clearly the same item as the one sent but despite that, I accept your return.
We will verify the condition of the returned product and reimburse you based a certain amount on its condition.
If it arrives with its original package, original box and not opened at our shop, then we will reimburse you the full amount.
We are waiting for your reply.

I understand that you would like to return the item as "it doesn't match the listing," but it sure is a listing item.
Like other sellers sell the item under the same title, there is no doubt that I have shipped the correct item to you, but we accept item returns, too.
However since we have shipped the brand new item, if you are going to return the item after taking it out of the package, the refund amount will be deducted after checking the item's condition at our end.
If the package box, etc. was unopened, we will issue you a full refund as soon as we receive the item.
