According to the delivery status I have checked, the package is still in your country. I have asked EMS in Japan to look into the case, but I have not received any detailed information as today and tomorrow are days off. I did not choose any option for return or give any such instruction. Rather there is no such options with EMS. The holding period is up to your country. Please wait a bit longer. I am waiting for a reply regarding the investigation. I am very troubled, too. How many days have passed since it was delivered? Please check the following.

The status indicates it is still located in your country. I contacted EMS service company in Japan and requested for researching the issue. However, they are closed today so I haven't received a reply from them, yet. We haven't set for special delivery or options. Please note there is not such an option on EMS service. The terms of storing the item are based on the rules and regulations in your country. Again, thank you for your continuos patience in this matter. I am also waiting for their reply. I am also very worried about it. Please let me know how long it has been past since you has shipped it. Please refer the following.
