금융선물거래자는 거래이행을 보증 하기 위해 증거금을 예치하여야 하며 일단 거래소에서 거래가 이루어지면 별도의 조직인 청산소가 거래의 결제 및 이행을 보증하고 청산소는 매일 최종선물가격을 기준으로 가격변동에 따른 거래당사자의 당일 손익을 정산한다.

Those who trade financial futures ensures the warranty of trade execution by depositing the margin, and upon progressing the trade by stock market, the clearing house, a separate organization will ensure settlement and execution of transaction. Additionally it has to calculate profit and loss of the day per value fluctuation based on the finalized futures value.
