We received an e-mail that the sales right was deleted, and checked an account health.
However, we did not find any item that has a problem in the score at the account health.

As a recent example of a problem on trading, among the items that we handle, there was an item that was supposed to be released by a manufacturer on March 15th and we were going to accept a reservation in advance. However we surveyed our account health upon your mail mentioning rejecting our dealership, we couldn't any bad score.

We presume that the problem could have been a case: because of amazon's system error, it showed "in stock" despite it is just on "advance reservable" ,we eventually accepted an order.
Regarding this problem we are now addressing to the customer.

We received the e-mail that your marketing rights was cancelled and then checked your Account Health. But, there is no issue of score on your Account Health.

For instance of the latest dealing items, the manufacture suggested that the item will be released on 3/15 and customers can have reserved it. But, by system error which Amazon mistakenly had sufficient quantities in stock, we received an order the item.

According to the received deleting dealership mail, we checked the Account Health. However, there is nothing problem with the score of Account Health.

There is a problem deal recently. The previous reserving product ,which shall be released at 3/15 by the maker,had been set up as in stock on the amazon due to the system error. Therefore,the problem is the mistaken order.
About this problem, we are now trying to contact with the customer.
