販売権利が削除されたとのメールを受け、私達はAccount Healthをチェックしました。しかし、Account Healthにおいてスコアに問題のある項目は見つけられませんでした。

直近の取引で問題があった事例としては、取り扱いアイテムの中で、商品のメーカー発売予定が3/15となっており事前予約の受け付け予定であった商品が、システムエラーによりAmazon上では在庫有となっていたため、受注してしまった問題がありました。
こちらの問題については、現在カスタマーと連絡中です。

We received an e-mail that the sales right was deleted, and checked an account health.
However, we did not find any item that has a problem in the score at the account health.

As a recent example of a problem on trading, among the items that we handle, there was an item that was supposed to be released by a manufacturer on March 15th and we were going to accept a reservation in advance. However, it was indicated that there was an inventory at Amazon due to a system error, and we received an order.
We are contacting with the customer about this problem.
