販売権利が削除されたとのメールを受け、私達はAccount Healthをチェックしました。しかし、Account Healthにおいてスコアに問題のある項目は見つけられませんでした。
直近の取引で問題があった事例としては、取り扱いアイテムの中で、商品のメーカー発売予定が3/15となっており事前予約の受け付け予定であった商品が、システムエラーによりAmazon上では在庫有となっていたため、受注してしまった問題がありました。
こちらの問題については、現在カスタマーと連絡中です。
However we surveyed our account health upon your mail mentioning rejecting our dealership, we couldn't any bad score.
We presume that the problem could have been a case: because of amazon's system error, it showed "in stock" despite it is just on "advance reservable" ,we eventually accepted an order.
Regarding this problem we are now addressing to the customer.
