私が発送前に撮影した画像でも分かる通り、商品の箱は完璧だった
だから破損に驚いている
EMSには商品破損を補償する制度がある
これは差出人、受取人の双方が補償の申請をする必要がある
面倒ではあるが君には地元の郵便局に商品の破損状況の提出する必要がある
ただし、複数あった商品の一部の破損なので、玄寿ではいくらの金額が補償されるか分からない

I have already shipped your item, however I heard from Japan Post its shipping has been in delay due to the operational mistake at their end. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but your patience till its arrvial would be appreciated.

As you can see in the image I have taken prior to shipment, the item's package was perfectly done.
Therefore I am shocked to hear the damage.
EMS has a compensation system too cover the item's damage.
It requires the compensation claim from both the sender and recipient.
I am sorry to trouble you, but you need to go to the local post office for submitting the status of damage on your item.
However, the damage happened to a part of those several items, here at Genju, we do not know how much would be compensated.

As you can also see in the photograph I took before shipping the product to you, the product box was flawless.
That's why I am shocked that it has been damage.
There is a system in place within EMS to compensate for damages on products.
This would require for an application from both the sender and the receiver of the product.
It's bothersome, but you will need to submit a damage condition report of the product to the local postal office.
However, since the damages are only for a portion of multiple products so I do not know how much of the amount will be compensated within Genju.

I had already sent out the goods to you, but the post office informed me of a delay of the delivery due to a mistake of the procedure by Japanese post office. Sorry for any inconvenience cause, but I kindly ask you to wait a little bit more for an arrival of the goods.

I am surprised to learn the damage as the condition of the box for the product was perfect as seen in the photo which I took before the shipment.
There is a procedure that EMS compensates for damaged goods.
To make a claim, both of the sender and the receiver need to apply for the compensation.
This may be bothering you, but you will have to report the condition of the damage to your local post office. In any case, Genju cannot assure you how much it will be compensated since the damage was made on a part of the whole goods.
