EMSには商品破損を補償する制度がある
これは差出人、受取人の双方が補償の申請をする必要がある
面倒ではあるが君には地元の郵便局に商品の破損状況の提出する必要がある
ただし、複数あった商品の一部の破損なので、玄寿ではいくらの金額が補償されるか分からない

As you can also see in the photograph I took before shipping the product to you, the product box was flawless.
That's why I am shocked that it has been damage.
There is a system in place within EMS to compensate for damages on products.
This would require for an application from both the sender and the receiver of the product.
It's bothersome, but you will need to submit a damage condition report of the product to the local postal office.
However, since the damages are only for a portion of multiple products so I do not know how much of the amount will be compensated within Genju.
