私は、日本にいますので、商品を持っていくのは不可能です。何度も言いますが、アンプはケースから飛びだしてはいないですし、特に問題なく届きました。修理代を出していただくということはできないのでしょうか？それしか解決策はないと思います。よろしくお願いいたします。

I'm in Japan, so it is impossible for me to take the item there. I have already told you many times, but the amp hadn't come out of the case or had any problem. Would you mind paying for repair? I think that is the only solution. Thank you for your understanding.

In fact, I cannot go there from Japan only for bringing this item to you. I said again and again that the AMP was not out of the case when it arrived. Nothing seemed apparently wrong except for the sound. (確か前、音が出ないということでしたね。付け加えていいですか？) Could you pay for fixing it? I think it would be the only solution.
