ガートナー社は、2014年までにGlobal 2000企業の70%以上が、「ゲーム化 (ゲーミフィケーション)」されたアプリケーションを少なくとも1つは導入しているとの見解を発表した。ガートナーのアナリストは、これからの5年間で非常に重要なトレンドになるとしている。
