Unfortunately, our systems do not allow us reship an item for a completed order. You will be refunded upon the rugs arrival to our warehouse. You may then replace your order, if you wish to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience.



We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. I have put in a request to cancel your order. Please note orders can take 2-3 business days to be confirmed cancelled. Also, if your order is shipped we are unable to cancel. Once your order is cancelled you will receive a confirmation via email. Please be advised this is a cancellation request, it does not mean your order is cancelled.

残念ながら弊社のシステムの規制により、完了した注文の再出荷はできません。弊社の倉庫にラグが着き次第、返金致します。ご希望でしたらその時点で再注文してください。ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。
注文をキャンセルされたいということですが残念です。あなたの注文をキャンセルする要請をしました。キャンセルの確認に２－３営業日かかりますのでご了承ください。またあなたの注文がすでに出荷されている場合、キャンセルできません。キャンセルができ次第、確認のメールを送ります。これはキャンセルの要請であり、御注文はまだキャンセルされていませんのでご注意ください。
