お世話になります。この度は説明と大きく異なる商品の状態であるという意義を提出されたとの事で大変残念に思います。先日ebayより「マイクロフォーサーズマウントと勘違いして商品を落札された」というメッセージを
いただいたかと思います。その場合の返品方法に関して、「商品を下記アドレスに送っていただければ到着次第、お支払額から送料を引いた額をご返金させていただきます」というご連絡をさせていただきました。
この解決方法ではご不満だという事でしょうか?

Thanks for your service. We deeply regret that you submitted your complaint that the item status was very different from description. We assume you sent a message saying "The item was bidded by mistake thinking it was micro four thirds mount." We informed you regarding return method for that case saying "If you send the item to the address below, we will deduct shipping cost from the paid amount and make refund as soon as we receive the it."

We are sorry to receive your complaint that the item you have purchased was not in good condition as it was explained on the web page.
A few days ago, I think we received a message from eBay saying that you had purchased the product which you misunderstood as a Micro Four Thirds mount. As for our return policy in that case, we have explained that once we receive the product you sent to the following address, we are willing to refund your money after deducting the shipping cost.
