とっても新鮮でした。心を無にすることがこれほど難しいとは。。。
そもそも無になるとはどういうことがまだ理解できてはいないのですが。。。
はじめに和尚さんからのありがたいお言葉、そして15分2回の座禅タイムです。
不思議と2回目のほうが短く感じる。きっと回数を重ねることに集中力があがるんでしょうね。
また京都に来た時は再チャレンジしたいです。"

I finally gave Zen meditation a try.
It was very refreshing. I didn’t realize it was so difficult to empty my mind.
To be begin with, I still don’t understand what that means.
First, we received the monk’s precious words, then 2 15-minute meditation times.
For some reason, the second one seemed shorter. Maybe your concentration increases as you try more.
I want to try again next time I visit Kyoto.

Not to say I don't even quite understand what it means.
It started with the speech by a monk, then time to zen, twice by 15 minutes.
It was amazing that I felt the second try was shorter. Maybe we can focus after repeatedly trying.
