商品がまだ到着していないという報告が、”アメリカでだけ”急に増えています。世界の中でもアメリカの物流が一番良いので、通常ではこんなに未着の報告あがることありません。私はこういった報告は、エボラウイルスがアメリカに上陸した後に増えたのではないかと感じています。
税関や物流でエボラウイルスに警戒するために人数を割いているので、業務に支障が出ているのかもしれません。
ですので通常3-4週間で届くものがもう少し時間がかかるかもしれません。

We receive more reports claiming a merchandise has not been delivered yet particularly in "US" suddenly. As US has the best distribution system in the world, we don't usually receive this many of such reports. I assume that it is probably because Ebola hemorrhagic fever has landed in US.
The operation of the customs or the distribution might be interfered because of the headcount allotment for being on the alert for Ebola hemorrhagic fever. So, it might take slightly longer to get it delivered whilst the general delivery in 3 to 4 weeks.

The report that shows the non-arrival of products indicates a sudden increase just for "America". Product logistics of the US is the best in the world so such reports do not normally come out. I feel that the report I am mentioning increased after the identification of presence of the Ebola virus in the US.
To take vigilance on the Ebola virus, the number of people in customs and logistics have been divided and this might have cause a disruption in work.
So it might take longer for products that normally gets delivered in 3-4 weeks time.

Since United States have the best distribution systems, this usually cannot happen.
I feel that this kind of reports have increased after the Ebola virus struck US.
It may be because the Customs and the distribution agents have to use their resources for countermeasures against the Ebola virus and interfering their buisinesses.
For these reasons, it may take more time than usual 3-4 weeks.
