アイテムが不具合につき返品とのことですが、どういう状態なのでしょうか?
日本で無いと修理不可なのでしょうか?
日本のメーカーでチェック後 不具合等がない場合など対応はどうすればいいのでしょう?
またその場合の送料の負担など

If this kind of item doesn't exist in Japan,it can't be repaired?
If there's no problem after being checked at the maker in Japan,what should I do?
