アイテムが不具合につき返品とのことですが、どういう状態なのでしょうか？
日本で無いと修理不可なのでしょうか？
日本のメーカーでチェック後 不具合等がない場合など対応はどうすればいいのでしょう？
またその場合の送料の負担など
詳しいことをお聞かせ下さい。

Is it impossible to repair other than in Japan?
What can I do if there is no failure after checking it with Japanese manufacturer?

I've heard that the item had a problem and should be returned,and could you tell me the details?
If this kind of item doesn't exist in Japan,it can't be repaired?
If there's no problem after being checked at the maker in Japan,what should I do?
And include the shipping cost etc,please let me know your decision.
