- NNG agrees to get back the goods to Vietnam upon condition that all cost for handling shipping document, ocean freight & import procedures for this shipment will be borne by NUREX.
- The reason NUREX gave is not suitable for the return of cargo because NUREX apply the methods for quality check while NUREX didn’t sign with NNG any methods for quality check before delivery.
Base on spirit of co-operation and support each other, we hope that this matter will be solved quickly for both parties We hope to receive your feedback and appreciate your action urgently.

NNGは、出荷用の書類並びに本出荷における海洋の貨物及び輸入のプロセスに要する全コストをNUREXが支払うことを条件にベトナムへ製品を戻すことに合意する。
NUREXが提示した理由は、貨物の返還に妥当ではない。その理由は、同社は、品質のチェック方法を適用するが、配送に先立ち、NNGと本チェック方法に署名しなかったからである
相互の協力及びサポートの精神に則り、本件の迅速な解決のみならず貴方からのフィードバックの受領及び迅速な行動を希求する。

- NNGは、出荷伝票、海上運賃と輸入手続きを処理するためのすべての費用をNUREXが負担するという条件でベトナムに商品を引き取ることに同意します。
- NUREXは配送前にNNGと品質チェックのための如何なる方法について契約しなかったのでNUREXが品質チェックを理由に貨物の返還することは出来ません。
