- NNG agrees to get back the goods to Vietnam upon condition that all cost for handling shipping document, ocean freight & import procedures for this shipment will be borne by NUREX.
- The reason NUREX gave is not suitable for the return of cargo because NUREX apply the methods for quality check while NUREX didn’t sign with NNG any methods for quality check before delivery.

NNGは、出荷用の書類並びに本出荷における海洋の貨物及び輸入のプロセスに要する全コストをNUREXが支払うことを条件にベトナムへ製品を戻すことに合意する。
NUREXが提示した理由は、貨物の返還に妥当ではない。その理由は、同社は、品質のチェック方法を適用するが、配送に先立ち、NNGと本チェック方法に署名しなかったからである
