「information」には「max. of two representatives」と書かれていますので、kmsへ２人で行きたい。

I have several questions.
In the e-mail, it was written "in 2016"m but in the "information" it was written "in 2015".
Which is correct?
The "information" indicate "max. of two representatives", So I would like to go to kms with one person.
Could you cover the travel costs for two persons?
In case two persons go there, can I receive 2.000 euro per month?
I am looking forward to visiting kms.
