amazonイギリスで出品してはいけない商品を出品してしまったこと心からお詫びします。多くの出品者とAMAZONに対して迷惑をかけたことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くの出品禁止商品が出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて出品商品確認機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の出品してはいけない商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。
上記問題を改善するために現在以下の管理体制を計画・実行しております。
・商品管理システムの見直し。

I apologize for listing on Amazon UK goods that are not allowed. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to both Amazon and the many customers.
The reason for the currently listing of restricted items was an error in the listing check function on my system when I uploaded the item .csv file. Items that were not intended to be listed originally were mixed into the file causing the error.
I have planned and put into place the following countermeasures to address the problem above with management controls.

We deeply apologize for listing items prohibited to sell at Amazon UK.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience we have caused to many sellers and Amazon UK.
As a root cause of this incident for listing the prohibited items, the system error to verify listing items was arisen when those were uploaded in csv form and which caused to list some of originally prohibited items.
We are now implementing the following improvement plan to prevent the recurrence of above mentioned issue.
• Review the current inventory management system which has a problem now.
