As reservations have already been started, it is possible to do it anytime.
It may happen that you may not get the room type you wish for, so we reccomend you to go for it early.
Reservations will be accepted till one day before the departure.
As a reference, is it also possible to send me the hotel guide, which is sent to the tour participants?

As we have already begun booking, you can make a reservation at any time. You might not be able to reserve your favorite type of room, so early reservation is recommended. The final booking ends the day before you are going to stay. For my reference, could you please sent me the document that describes about our hotel, which document you will sent to the participants?
