商品代金の支払い予定が確定しませんでした。来月の上旬には、商品代金を支払う予定です。
できれば、商品の支払い条件を請求書の備考欄に記載して頂けませんでしょうか。
発注した商品金額は、日本円に換算すると￥10,000になります。もしこの金額で発注できなければ、キャンセルでもいいです。

The item that was scheduled for shipment was supposed to be shipped out from the factory in mid August.
