The FL address is the address of my forwarding company, called MyUS.com.
MyUS.com is a professional forwarding company that provides the service to ship forward the item purchased in the US to other overseas country.
I use this forwarding company when the seller only ships to domestic address.

MyUS.com is a professional shipping company that provides shipping service locally(i.e within America) for the products purchased in America.As I have contract with this firm, they have my personal address.
