We are very interested in your reseller program. Although there are a lot of companies, including us, that are interested in credit card issuing program in Japan, the issues with laws and regulations and license, and high initial cost prevent us for the implementation. We are considering the sales activity focusing on the program to issue card using your service.

We are very much interested in your reseller program. That is becasue there are so many firms who are interested in card issuing porgram including us. But it cannot be practiced because of the law, license issue and high initial cost. We are planning to promote your program that can issue cards mainly.
