I have received communications that the item has already reached the Osaka warehouse, when will you be able to hand it over to the delivery company.
The new products have already arrived at the port in Tokyo. As a packaging list is needed to clear customs,
please provide this asap.
The items planned for purchase are goods for Fall/Winter so if possible I would like them to ship in September. Is it OK if I pay for the goods at the end of the month.

I was informed the product had reached the warehouse in Osaka, but could you let me know when I can hand it over to the delivery company hired?
The new goods have already come into a port in Tokyo Bay. Please arrange the delivery asap as we need the packing list.
Is it possible to make a payment for up-coming goods at the end of the month as they are for autumn and winter. September shipping would be fine.
