The product has been delivered already.
I emailed back right away when I heard from the customer, but he has not written back.
I will send him another message and will negotiate according to my judgment.
I can confirm with the tracking number that the product has been delivered.
Could you please send me a document showing how much you paid for customs duties?

The goods have already arrived here.
I returned message to the customer as soon as I had received e-mail from him, but have recieved no reply as yet.
I will negotiate with the customer after I will send him my message once again and make a judgement on my part.
I can confirm that the goods have reached through the track number.
I am sorry to cause trouble, but can you send me a document confirming how much the custom duty was?

I replied immediately upon receiving the message from the buyer, but I have not heard from the buyer since then.
I will send a message to the buyer to communicate and decide whether to negotiate or not.
We can verify the status of the item already delivered using the tracking number.
