今日ご連絡したのは商品の配送状況を確認するためです。なぜなら、Fedexより商品の配送状況の追跡がうまく行っていないと連絡があったからです。
配送予定日を過ぎてしまい本当に申し訳ありません。
もし商品が届いていない場合には以下の2つのご提案をしたいと思います。
１．商品を速達であらためて発送
２．送料を含めて費用を全額返金
ご迷惑をお掛けしますがもし、商品が届いていなければお気軽にご連絡ください。迅速に対応させていただきます。
