8. Is my hammock stand weather resistant?
All metal hammocks stands that are offered by Vivere are powder coated to protect the steel frame from rusting. However if the stand is left outside year after year, it may begin to show signs of rust. If this happens to yours, lightly sand the rusty areas and cover again with matching spray paint.

Vivereが提供する金属製ハンモックスタンドはすべて、鉄製フレームが錆びないようにパウダーコーティングを施してあります。しかしながらスタンドを屋外に放置した場合、年が経るにつれて錆の兆候が見られる可能性があります。このような兆候が出た場合は、錆びた部位をサンドペーパーでやすり、適切な色のスプレーで上塗りしてください。
８.私のハンモックスタンドは天候変化に耐久性がありますか？
Vievereによって提供される全てのハンモックスタンドはスチールフレームを錆から守る為にパウダー加工されています。しかしながら、何年もの間屋外に放置した場合、錆てきてしまう可能性があります。錆が発生した場合は、軽く錆ている部分を研磨し、フレームの色に合ったペイントスプレーでカバーしてください。
7. Is the quilted hammock waterproof? That is, can it be left out all summer or does it have to be taken in and out of the rain?
It is fine in the rain, as the hammock is polyester material with poly-fill. Water will sit in the layer of poly-fill after a rain, but will dry out. The actual material does not absorb moisture. Our poolside hammocks are made from a material called "Textilene". This material is also excellent in the rain as it does not absorb moisture. This material is also popular in patio furniture.
