We have send out guide letters to all the customers indicating that "Our store has already performed the user registration of the serial number of the guitar. Please ensure that you do not perform a duplicate registration." and reminded them directly by calling them through phone. We ensure that 100% of the serial numbers cannot be registered in Taylor so can you kindly ship the remaining guitars? If we cannot ship the guitars and immediately issue us a refund, then we will lack the funds and won't be able to do business. If we can secure the funds, then we can purchase the other guitars from you.
