私は４月２０日にsellerに商品が届かないことをメールしました。sellerは４月２６日に発送すると返事がありました。５月２日にまだ届かないので商品のトラッキングナンバーをメールで尋ねました。その後返事がありません。

I have emailed the seller on April 20, telling them that I haven't received the item. The seller wrote back to me saying that they were going to ship it on April 26. As of May 2, I haven't received the package yet and I asked seller to provide me the tracking number. I haven't head back from them.

I e-mailed to the seller about not receiving the items on April 20th. The seller replied that he/she will ship the items on April 26th. I still haven't received the items yet in May 2nd so I e-mailed asking the tracking numbers. I haven't get reply since then.

I sent an e-mail to the seller saying that I hadn't got the item yet. They said that they would send it on April 26. However, I could not get the item even on May 2, so I asked the tracking No of the item (via e-mail). I haven't got the anwer yet.
