このコメント、評価は私に対してというより配送業者に対してのものです。
日本郵便が提携している業者なので、私ではイギリスでの配送業者を
選択することはできません。
この評価はとても苦しいです。
商品はまだ発送したばかりでなぜこの評価をうけなければ
いけないのでしょうか?
この評価の削除をお願いできますでしょうか?

This comment should be directed at the delivery company, not at me.
As it’s the company Japan Post works with, I can’t choose a delivery company in England.
This rating is very harsh.
The product has been just shipped. Why do I deserve this rating?
Please consider deleting it.

This comment and evaluation should be given toward the delivery company, not myself.
The company is an alliance company with Japanese Postal Office, so I cannot choose the delivery company in UK by myself.
This evaluation is very difficult for me.
Why do I have to receive such an evaluation, though I have just sent the item?
Would you be kind enough to delete this evaluation?
