試してみたのですが管理者側で顧客Aを有料バージョンに設定してから顧客A側でログインすると
確かに有料バージョンになっているのですが新しいABCを作成することができません
お手数ですが確認してもらえますか?
※顧客Aを無料バージョンに戻せば新しいABCを作成することができるようになります

あと設定の名前の項目の欄の更新ができないのですが私だけのエラーでしょうか?
自分だけのエラーの場合、項目自体を削除して使いたいと思います

I tried to test it but the administrator setup a paid version for customer A and customer A cannot create a new ABC upon login into the paid version.
Sorry to trouble you but can you kindly confirm?
*If customer A would be reverted back to the free version then it would be possible to create a new ABC.

And I cannot update the setup name section so is it just an error with me?
If that's the case then I want to be able to use it by deleting the section itself.
Please confirm this as well.

Thank you for sending the corresponding file.
I tried the new file, but setting up customer A to paid version from Administrator side and then log in from customer A,
it shows that it is in paid version but can not create new ABC.
Sorry to bother you but can you check this?
*If I set customer A back to free version, he can create new ABC.

Also, I can not renew the name at configuration, but is this just my error?
If so, then i will just delete the row itself and use it.
Please check this as well.
