対応ファイルの送信ありがとうございます
試してみたのですが管理者側で顧客Aを有料バージョンに設定してから顧客A側でログインすると
確かに有料バージョンになっているのですが新しいABCを作成することができません
お手数ですが確認してもらえますか？
※顧客Aを無料バージョンに戻せば新しいABCを作成することができるようになります

あと設定の名前の項目の欄の更新ができないのですが私だけのエラーでしょうか？
自分だけのエラーの場合、項目自体を削除して使いたいと思います

it shows that it is in paid version but can not create new ABC.
Sorry to bother you but can you check this?
*If I set customer A back to free version, he can create new ABC.

Also, I can not renew the name at configuration, but is this just my error?
If so, then i will just delete the row itself and use it.
Please check this as well.

・sendは原則として目的語を2つ取ります。
・「対応ファイル」というのは、おそらくpatchファイルか何かではないかと思うのですが、この文脈だけではわからないのでそのままにしました。correspondには「問題に対応する」という意味はなく、「Aと1、Bと2、Cと3・・・」のような「対応」を意味します。
・冠詞を忘れないようにしてください。
・日本語の「・・・ですが」は必ずしも英語のbutにはなりません。前半部分を受けた結論に何らかの非合理性がある場合にのみ、butを使います。
