It appears that the product you ordered was defective.
There is a problem with the pickup and the neck, so we are not able to sell it.

We have asked the maker FJ to build the guitar.
Or, if you would like the natural-colored one instead, we can get that sent to you right away.

We have ordered the guitar from FJ and they are making it, or if you would like we have a natural colored wood one that we could deliver now.
