私が伝えたのは配送業者へ配送状況を確認しましたが原因が不明で商品が
行方不明であるため、商品のキャンセルの要請があれば全額返金しますとの
内容を伝えました。
私は要請があればいつでも返金する準備があります。
私はこのクレームはとても悲しいです。
これが原因でアカウントに傷がつくことは悲しいです。

What I meant to say is that I will issue a full refund if the buyer asks for cancellation as the product has gone missing when I checked with the shipping company.
