If you hadn't paid me and I hadn't done that, I wouldn't get back the 100 dollars that is the handling charge for finalizing a bid. The deadline for submitting the form was closing on me so I panicked a bit.
If you pay me, I shall delete the Unpaid Item Case from the system. I think 3 weeks is a long time to wait for the payment after someone wins a bid, but I will wait until 9th.

I was told I would receive the payment on Monday, so since there was no contact nor a payment, I started the procedures for an ''Open Unpaid Item Case''. I need to do this because I would otherwise lose 100 dollars in handling charges over the total bid if you were not to pay. There's a deadline to being able to file for those procedures, so I had to hurry.
Once you make the payment the ''Unpaid Item Case'' in the system also disappears. I think it's a bit long to take up to three weeks to pay after your bid is accepted, but I will wait until the 9th.
