私はお客様に新品の商品を送りましたし、商品も説明文と相違ありません。
納得がいかなかったのでお客様に連絡をしましたが、詳しい理由を教えてくれず断られました。
私が返金など誠実な対応をしようと思ったにも関わらずです。
お客様は商品そのものについての不満をコメントしています。
このような表現は不適切であるので、ネガティブな評価を削除して頂けますでしょうか。

I have contacted you that I would like to delete the negative evaluation.
I have sent a new product to the customer and there are also no discrepancies between the product and the description.
I could not accept it so I contacted the customer, but they turned me down on letting me know the detailed reasons.
This was in spite that I sincerely wanted to assist on the matter like doing a refund.
So the customer made an unsatisfactory comment regarding that product.
