I will not disclose Confidential Information to
　　any other party or use for his/her own benefit or for the benefit of any third party such
　　Confidential Information. For the purpose of this provision,“Confidential Information"
　　means all information with regard to business secrecy or trade secrets of the Company or
　　its affiliates,employees,shareholders,suppliers,customers or clients which the Employee
　　may come to know (whether lawfully or otherwise)received or acquired during working
　　with the Company. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to, technical
development,production and management,including without limitation to commercial
contracts.

私（本従業員）は秘密情報を誰にも開示しないし、他人の利益のため又は第三者の利益のために秘密情報を使用しない。本条項の目的から、「秘密情報」とは、本従業員が知り得る（合法的に得る秘密か他の形で得る秘密かを問わない）又はカンパニーとの仕事を通じて得るカンパニー又はその関連会社、従業員、株主、供給者、顧客又はクライアントの事業上の秘密又は営業秘密を意味する。秘密情報には技術開発、生産及びマネージメント（商業的契約を含むがこれに限られない）が含まれるが、これらに限られない。

私は社外秘情報を他の第三者や自己利益、或いは他の第三者に開示しません。本条項の目的とする｢部外秘情報｣とは、社員が会社での業務を通して知り得る(合法的か否かを問わない)業務上や取引上の情報、或いは、会社、関係会社、社員、株主、納入業者、または顧客の情報に関連する全ての情報を意味する。
そのような部外秘情報は、技術開発、製造、及び商業契約の運用情報を含むがそれに限定されない情報を含むがそれには限定されない。
