対処方法として今後は発送後にお客様に到着予定日を連絡する様に致します。
次に商品が到着しないもう一つの原因は各国の通関で商品が止まっている。または、お客様が通関の際にかかる税金を払いに行かないことが原因です。
この問題について、お客様への事前連絡を徹底することと、FBAでの出品で対応しようと考えております。
今後の弊社がとるべき行動についてアドバイスください。
