対処方法として今後は発送後にお客様に到着予定日を連絡する様に致します。
次に商品が到着しないもう一つの原因は各国の通関で商品が止まっている。または、お客様が通関の際にかかる税金を払いに行かないことが原因です。
この問題について、お客様への事前連絡を徹底することと、FBAでの出品で対応しようと考えております。

To address this issue, from now on, we will notify the estimated arrival date to our customers after shipping.
Another reason why some packages do not arrive is due to hold-ups at the customs at the customers' countries. Or, because the customers do not pay the import tax.
We plan to address these issues by making sure that we contact and explain to our customers in advance, and to list the products using FBA.
