2. Regarding confidential information, we will confirm that even I am involved in the formation of that information, that if it something created when working on your company's tasks, then I will confirm that the corresponding confidential information belongs to your company.
3. Referring to the case in the preceding paragraph, I will transfer all the rights attributed to me to your company, and I will not claim that the right belongs to me.

(1) I will report to you immediately if it concerns the creation or the loss of Confidential Information.
(2) In regards to the Confidential Information, even in the case where I am involved in the formation or creation of the secret, I will treat it as a secret produced by the business operation of your company and I will identify that the jurisdiction for the secret is with your company.
(3) In the case of the preceding clause, I will not claim the right to the secret and I transfer to your company all rights with regards to the secret.
