Office 統合では、ファイルプロパティテクノロジーを使用して、データを SAP システムの文書管理から Office アプリケーションに転送することができます。SAP からのデータを追加するには、Office アプリケーションのメニューでファイル → ファイルプロパティを選択します。
ファイルプロパティは、ファイルを特定するために使用されるタイトル、内容説明、作成者などのファイルの詳細です。文書プロパティは、次の 4 つの種類に区別されます。

In an integration of Office, we can transfer data from the document management of SAP system to Office application using file property technology. To add data from SAP, select file>file property from the menu of Office application.
The file property is a detailed information of file which includes title, description of contents, and a name of the preparer to identify the file. Documented property is divided into following four types.

● 事前設定済プロパティ
既存プロパティ (値設定が必須な作成者およびタイトルなど)。
● ユーザ設定プロパティ
ユーザが設定するプロパティ。ユーザが一覧から選択した事前設定済プロパティか、実際に設定したプロパティのいずれかです。テキスト、時間、数値、または "はい"、"いいえ" などの値を割り当てることができます。
● 文書ライブラリのプロパティ

- Pre-configured property
Existing property (Setup of required values for the author and title).
- User setup property
Property that the user sets up. A user can select from a list of pre-configured properties, or properties that they actually set. They can assign a text, time, number, or "yes", "no" etc. for the values.
