当店で販売されているカシオ腕時計は日本国内でのみ使用可能な保証書が付属します。
日本以外で修理を希望するお客様には、当店からメーカーへ国際保証書の発行を依頼します。
ご希望のお客様は注文後に”国際保証書の発行”とメッセージをください。
ただし、国際保証書の発行には7〜10日かかりますので、発行後の商品発送となりますことを予めご了承ください。

Casio watches are guaranteed for 1 to 3 years depending on the product.
Casio watches we sell at our shop come with guarantee card whic is only valid in Japan.
If the customer requests repair outside Japn, we will ask the manufacturer to issue an international guarantee card.
However, it takes 7 to 10 days to issue the international guarantee card, so please note that the product will be sent out after the guarantee card is issued.
